Bozeman-Douglas Sponge and Uterine Dressing Forceps may be functional during certain types of surgeries, such as gynecological procedures, to grasp the tissue within the uterus. This forceps may also be handy when trying to move or shift the uterine wall or handle gauze and other dressings. The instrument features an s-curved shape with one large ring to fit more than one finger. Additionally, the jaws contain partially serrated tips to decrease trauma while providing a firm grip.
